Patient PATIENT SELF check-in

OVERVIEW
RadNet is a radiological firm that operates diagnostic imaging centers. Patients that have registered for an appointment online through a custom web portal can reconfirm their appointment once more via email.

Upon clicking the link in their email, it will take the patient to a self check-in workflow on their mobile device.

WHAT I LEARNED
NOT ALWAYS REVAMPING ALL THE WAY
Many of RadNet's patients are elders ranging from their late 40s - 80s. As such, they are similar to a certain look and workflow and not digitally savvy. Deviating too much from the established visual language would ruin the user experience, so I had to work within the established UI and not make too many radical changes.

FINAL THOUGHTS
This project is the first mobile project I led on that had significant constraints. Despite this, I was able to implement a lot of improvements within a limited time. I was able to strike a delicate balance between maintained between fine tuning each UI screen and improving the UX flow.
