RadNet is a radiological firm that operates diagnostic imaging centers. Patients that have registered for an appointment online through a custom web portal can reconfirm their appointment once more via email.

Upon clicking the link in their email, it will take the patient to a self check-in workflow on their mobile device.

WHAT I LEARNED
NOT ALWAYS REVAMPING ALL THE WAY
Many of RadNet's patients are elders (late 40s - 80s). As such, they are use to a certain look / workflow and aren't tech savvy. Deviating too much from the established visual language would ruin the user experience, so I had to work within the established UI and not make too many radical changes.
